My story

I am Judy, a nutritionist, ex-accountant, food lover, novice veggie gardener and healthy lifestyle devotee. I am a mum to 2 wonderful adult boys and my cavoodle, Lulu and for for the last 3 decades I have navigated life’s ups and downs with my husband.

In my down time  I can be found walking around one of Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches with Lulu, or in a Tai-Chi class in a local park.

My pathway to becoming a nutritionist, like so many others, was born through my own health journey. Since my thirties, I have had more than my fair share of health issues and have had a lot of dealings with the orthodox medical profession.

What I realised early on is that Doctors play an essential role in treating specific health conditions, but the foundations of diet and lifestyle are often overlooked when it comes to supporting the whole person. So, I embarked on my own search for holistic health.

I am passionate about health and wellbeing and truly believe that nutrition is the cornerstone of good health.

Eventually, this led me to follow my love of good food, science and healthy lifestyles, to study Nutritional Medicine. I remember sitting in my very first lecture and thinking how right it felt!

I am  non-judgemental, understanding and compassionate towards you and your health concerns. I take a scientific and holistic approach to your health encompassing the healing power of nutrition, sustainable eating strategies, exercise and other lifestyle modificationsto support long-term wellbeing.

I believe in educating you and empowering you to have control over your own health and wellness. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals!
