What is the Compatibility Program?
The Compatibility Program is a Naturopathic Program developed by Naturopaths in Australia with over 30 years of research, and now used in over 20 countries throughout the world.
It is based on the way that individual foods or household items affect the body. If the body is being affected by a substance that is biologically incompatible, the cells cannot function optimally. This may lead to irritation, inflammation, possibly an immune response and ultimately to the development of symptoms.
The 6-month Wellness program emphasizes consuming foods identified to boost cellular function and avoiding those that may compromise it, potentially causing underlying inflammation in your body. By enhancing cellular function, your body's natural healing processes are activated, enabling the body to repair itself as effectively as possible.
The compatibility program utilises a non-invasive test of your hair (or saliva if no hair is available) against a database of over 600 everyday foods, personal items, and household products from Australian supermarkets and grocery stores. Your sample is analysed to determine the positive or negative impacts these foods and products have on your cellular function, identifying which substances are not compatible and should be avoided
The list covers all the food groups including gluten-free and health food items, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen products, and it includes local and common brands found in Australian supermarkets.

What the Report Covers:
The standard test covers a list of 600+ items, including all food groups, bathroom, laundry, gluten-free and kitchen products. It includes common local brands found in supermarkets and health food stores.
The baby’s list adds another 57 commonly used items for babies including creams and powders, medications, shampoos, soaps, wipes, nappies, formula and commercial baby foods.
Extra lists of common products from Coles, Woolworths & ALDI can be purchased for an additional fee.

Your Steps To Success
You fill out an order form and send in your hair sample. While your sample is being processed, you also complete a 7-day food diary.
During your consultation, I will present your Compatibility Report and review your food diary. You will then start consuming the foods identified as compatible in your Compatibility Report.
You will continue eating your compatible foods for 6 months, noting any changes in your symptoms in the weekly progress reports.

Only a small amount of hair is needed – ½ teaspoon from anywhere on your head or body.
No, it does not matter if your chair is coloured.
No hair, no problem! - We use saliva in the test instead.

No it is not an allergy test. It is not testing for allergens, rather it is testing foods and products against cellular function and identifying those items that may be contributing to your underlying health issues.

Yes it is suitable for babies through to adults. There is even a test available for your fur babies!
Identifying and eliminating incompatible substances will help you function at your best whether you are an athlete or someone with a chronic health condition.

While it can be used as a standalone test, I recommend using it as part of a treatment program for more individualised support and better results.

It is different for everybody, but generally most people start to see results in the first 2-3 weeks.

I recommend following the results for a minimum of 6 months. This gives your cells time to heal and repair. A re-test between 6-9 months is recommended so that you can identify any outstanding items that are still incompatible with your cells.
