You’ll feel more confident in taking care of your health during menopause and beyond.

  • The program runs for 8 weeks, with a combination of video trainings, weekly group sessions, and handouts. The time commitment is around 1-2 hours per week for videos and group sessions, plus any time you spend implementing the strategies into your daily routine.

  • The 2-day cleanse is a gentle, nutrient-rich reset that includes whole foods. It’s designed as a light digestive reset and to prepare your body for better nutrient absorption. You won’t be starving yourself; instead, you’ll focus on foods that nourish and detoxify naturally. It's safe and easy to follow.

  • While the program is designed to be completed in 8 weeks, you can absolutely go at your own pace. You’ll have 12 months of access to the video trainings, handouts, and resources, allowing you to revisit the material as needed.
