It is grounded in scientific research and proven results. Unlike many other weight management programs that rely on pills or shakes, Metabolic Balance® emphasises natural wholefoods and teaches you how to incorporate them into your diet.
Your personalised nutrition plan is crafted to include the essential building blocks your body needs—proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements—sourced from natural wholefoods. Each plan specifies the ideal combinations of proteins, vegetables, fruits, fats, and starches based on your glycaemic load and metabolic rate.
Your plan is tailored to your unique biochemistry (based on blood results) and takes into consideration your eating preferences and any existing health conditions. This ensures sustainable, long-term improvements to your overall health.
It is recognised by the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA), and is acknowledged by many conventional medical practitioners and some health funds.

The active program runs for 12 weeks, with either 4 or 7 follow-up consultations depending on the package you choose.

While Metabolic Balance® is great for weight loss, it is so much more. Most of my clients have health goals beyond the weight loss and the weight loss is a bonus. My clients have used Metabolic Balance® for health goals including:

Most clients are surprised by how satisfied they feel! Your plan is designed to nourish you properly, stabilise blood sugar levels, and reduce cravings — without hunger or deprivation. In fact, hunger is discouraged on the plan!

Yes you can, medications, contraceptives and current health conditions are taken into account in developing your individual nutrition program. The one exception is that those on anti-psychotic medication are excluded.

Yes! Your plan is fully personalised to respect your dietary needs, food preferences, and any intolerances or allergies you have.
However, the program is not suitable for Vegans.
