I take my responsibility for providing nutrition and dietetic advice and treatments seriously. It is my responsibility to work with you and provide you with advice and treatments that are aimed at improving your health.

To provide this nutrition and dietetic advice and treatments, I gained a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine. I continue to expand my knowledge and keep up to date by regularly undertaking continuing professional education. ​

​ If you chose to work with me, you understand that the treatment and results cannot be guaranteed and that I cannot anticipate all risks or complications. You recognise that, despite all precautions taken, there are risks of side effects/complications/illness occurring as a consequence of the use or misuse of the treatments prescribed.

Payment Terms

Payment for services and products can be made by credit/debit card, bank deposit or cash.

We do not record or store your credit card details. Square is used to process credit and debit card payments made in clinic. Square Reader keeps payment information safe by encrypting it as soon as it’s received, whether the card is EMV chip and pin, magstripe or contactless.

The Metabolic Balance Program is a complete package cost.  Refunds cannot be provided once a plan is created. The package includes The Metabolic Balance plan, access to the Metabolic Balance app, full blood pathology referral, a blood chemistry analysis, two initial consults to set up and hand out the plan and a series of follow up consultations to guide the plan.  

Missed appointments​

A 24hr cancellation policy is in place so please ensure you give us plenty of notice should you need to alter your appointment. Failure to do so will incur the full consultation cost.​

Running late

Your time is precious and so is mine and I strive to run on time. If you arrive late for your appointment please be aware that your consultation may be cut short.  

Refunds - Programs

At Judy Hanavan Nutrition, I am dedicated to providing high-quality programs that are life changing. Due to the nature of my programs, where all the information, analysis, process and treatments are provided upfront, programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Metabolic Balance and Menopause Mastery Program. 

Refunds - Non-Program

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that certain services or products may not be eligible for a refund (see Refunds – Programs), and this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact me at judy@judysnutrition.com.au. Provide your purchase details, including the reason for the refund request. All refunds are subject to our review and approval.

​Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.​

Consideration Before Purchase

I encourage you to review all the program details, descriptions, and prerequisites carefully before making your purchase.

Shipping

When shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or communicated to you during the purchase process. Shipping fees, if applicable, and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

I reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method based on the specific requirements of the product and destination.

​If tracking is available, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Communication​

I love hearing from you and want to know what form of communication suits you best. If you would prefer texts, emails or phone calls please let me know.  We prefer email for non-urgent matters,  phone-calls and texts work very well for the more pressing inquiries you have.
